Sussex Montessori Charter School requires that parents/guardians submit a written notice for any/all cases of absences or tardiness.

To save you time and work, we've created an electronic form. When you hit the "submit" key, the message will automatically be transmitted to our school secretary.

If your student's late arrival or absence is due to a Doctor/Dentist visit, a note from the Physician's Office should also be submitted within five days or the absence will be recorded as unexcused.

If your student's absence or late arrival is due to a Doctor/Dentist visit, a note from the Physician's Office should also be submitted. You can:

1) scan, attach, and email an electronic copy to: attendance@sussexms.k12.de.us

2) have your student submit it to the front desk upon his/her arrival back at school.
