Please use this form to let us know which type of ride you're interested in.
We will take your submitted answer as your preferred choice but may contact you to move you to another ride level dependent on availability of ride leaders/pilots/stokers. Please let us know in the comments field at the end if you are or are not flexible.
- Level 1
Short and flat: for those starting out or returning after a break.
Meet at 10.00am, return by 1.00am
Approximately 10-25km
- Level 2
Short with the occasional, gradual climb: for building confidence, bike skills and fitness.
Morning: Meet at 9.30am, return by 2.00pm
Approximately 25-40km
- Level 3
Long with some moderate climbs: for those wanting to push themselves and build their strength and endurance.
Meet at 9.00am, return by 3.00pm
Approximately 40-60km
- Level 4
Challenging with steep climbs - for those with a high level of endurance and strength, really wanting to push themselves.
Meet at 8.30am, return by 3.30pm
Approximately 60-100km
- Afternoon ride
We are trialling an afternoon ride this week to gauge interest in a later start. The route will take you to and around Richmond Park. There are a few short hills.
Meet at 12.30pm, return by 3.30pm
Approximately 15km
All rides start from and finish at the Old Rutlishians’ Sports Ground (Poplar Road, Merton Park SW19 3JS) and include a stop for a refreshment, food and facilities break.
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so be sure to book as early as possible. Your place will be confirmed no later than the Thursday before the date of the ride.
Please note that signing up does not necessarily guarantee a place. We will try our best to match pilots and stokers, with priority given to members.
