VENDOR GROUPS & REGISTRATION FEES
●NONPROFIT: Must provide certificate.
10x10 $50 If registered by August 13, 2025 - Late registrations $100.00
● Art & Crafts Vendors: Products must be Soap, Waxes, Candles, Resin, Style Etc
(NO CANDY/FOOD, or PET PRODUCTS)
10x10 $100 If registered by August 13, 2025 - Late registrations $175.00
● Retail Craft Vendors- Includes pre-packaged retail products for sale.
(No heating preparing, or packaging done on site- Sales of pre package merchandise only).
(NO FOOD/OR DRINK PRODUCTS)
10x10 $300 If registered by August 13, 2025 - Late registrations $375.00
● Commercial Vendors- Novelty Sales, Masks, Bubbles, Children's toys, Light up toys,
Giveaways, Information, or Service based business, Corporations, and Contractors for profit.
10x10 $450 If registered by August 13, 2025 - Late registration $550.00
● Food/Beverage Vendors- Any vendors who prepare & serve fresh food or any type of beverages
or drink pouches.
Max10x20 space: $550 If registered by August 13, 2025 - Late registrations $650
● Adult Beverage Vendor- Any Adult Drinks/Alcohol, Includes Craft Beers, Wine, or Spirits
Prepackaged or Poured. (Alcohol sales permitted on site, must carry own state license,
permits, and liquor liability insurance. All licence's must be verified prior to attending event)
Up to 10x20 Nonrefundable Space Fee: $200.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT,+ 20% of final
sales, Report and payment are due at completion of event. (The non-refundable deposit of
$200.00 covers the first $1,000 dollars of business you may conduct during our event).
Fee includes all 3 days. If you can only attend 1 or 2 days, we DO NOT prorate. Price is the same.

Payment is due on Application, Registration payment is nonrefundable, In the unlikely event we do not accept you as a vendor we will refund for that circumstance only. We cannot guarantee exclusivity in any areas.Registration Fees payable by:

SET-UP
The airport will usually allow vendors to haul in one day prior to the event, I will send out an email confirming the time that may begin. We will assign your vendor space to you, If you have a question regarding your space please let us know, We will work with you to resolve any issues.
All vendors should plan to arrive in time to haul in supplies, setup their vendor space, and remove any vehicles from the festival area ONE HOUR prior to beginning of festival so 3:00 PM latest on Friday, and 2:00 p.m. latest Saturday/Sunday.
**Vehicle access to the vendor area is prohibited during OPEN hours. There will be no exceptions and violators will not be allowed to come again.
● Prices are per 1 space.
● All spaces are reserved for the entire event.
● All vendors are requested to register by August 13th deadline for timely acceptance into the
festival.
● All registrations are non refundable, No balances held nor refunds will be considered under any circumstances.
● Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, water, fuel, & generators if needed to operate.
RULES
● All exhibitors must provide their own lighting, tables, tents, and/or equipment. This event is held in a wide-open air field, so please be prepared. Tables can be left on site- We do have security however please remove any valuables from your stand as the festival will not accept responsibility for any stolen or damaged items.
● Vendors must clean up their space at the close of the festival, including the removal of all trash placed in the onsite dumpsters located to the LEFT OF THE EXIT, Behind the buildings, Violators will not be allowed back.
FOOD/COMMERCIAL VENDORS
● Dumpsters will be onsite for all bulk trash. Trash cans are for guests only, Our Maintenance SHALL NOT HAUL ANY VENDORS BULK TRASH.
Food Vendors Must be:
○ Self-contained
○ Self-sufficient on water and power, Exhibit spaces with water connections are unavailable. Food vendors must plan to bring their own water.
○ Generators must be low noise
