Workshop Wednesday: Empowering Future Leaders
Join us for Workshop Wednesday, where young minds are nurtured and empowered through innovative media production activities. Building on the foundation of Makerspace Mondays, this advanced program introduces new media skills each week, designed to cultivate essential life skills that will benefit participants in all areas of their lives.
Collaboratively create, Stop-motion Animation, Short films, Podcasts, Comedy Skits, Songs, Live Streams/Shows, YouTube Channels and more!

Leadership & Problem Solving: Through collaborative projects, participants will develop leadership qualities and enhance their problem-solving abilities.
Socialization & Community Networking: Our program encourages social interaction and community engagement, helping children build strong networks and friendships.
Self-Confidence & Self-Expression: By working on media projects, participants will gain confidence and learn to express themselves creatively.
Flexibility & Time Management: The structured yet flexible nature of our workshops teaches children how to manage their time effectively and adapt to new challenges.

Program Details:
Age Group: 11-14 years (experienced students can be 10 or close to that age, email Evan if new to SMC)
Schedule: Wednesdays, 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Duration: September 25th - December 18th (12 weeks) A couple weeks after school begins.
Cost: $395 for the entire program, with unlimited session attendance (financial assistance available on request)
