The Bay Delta Conservation Plan (BDCP), due to be released in December, seeks to resolve decades of controversy by securing California's water supply while protecting the Delta as a habitat for endangered species. The panel brings together key players representing diverse state, environmental and local perspectives. Panelists will sit down for a collaborative conversation about the soon-to-be-released draft plan for the California Delta.
