Position 1
PRODUCTION LINE ASSOCIATE for our Bryan, OH facility.

Position 2
SERVICE TECHNICIAN CONTRACTOR, for Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Iowa.
This position requires traveling through out the week to perform warranty service on manufactured and modular homes. Successful candidates should be able to repair or replace flooring, drywall, roofing, siding and finish work along with minor plumbing and electrical work. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Candidate must have a clean, dependable vehicle capable of hauling materials.
