This form is for the nomination of either Kindness or Pride badges. In order to nominate a student, make sure that you write in their full legal name as it exists on our School records, the students form group and select what they are being nominated for.
After this, you should give details about why you have chosen to nominate them.
For Kindness, you can nominate a student for the following reasons or similar reasons;
-Completing a kindness passport
-Receiving 10 signatures on your expectations card
-Being involved in School charity
For Pride, students can be nominated for the following reasons or similar reasons;
-Taking part in extra curricular clubs
-Academic excellence
-Representing the school or an outside club.
