Hot Pizza Lunch Program Registration
DESCRIPTION
Pizza Lunch is an annual fundraiser run by the 6th Grade students and their families.
All profits from Pizza Lunch are used to subsidize the cost of the 6th Grade class field trip to Washington, D.C.
The students of 6th Grade and their families thank you for your kind participation!

Enrolled children will receive hot pizza lunch on Wednesdays during the school year. The lunch includes cheese pizza, a piece of fresh fruit, and a cookie. (Children in Grades 4-6 receive 2 cookies...one of the coveted perks of becoming an upper school student!)

You may sign your child up for the Fall semester, the Spring semester, or both. There are 17 lunch dates in the fall and 17 in the spring, for a total of 34 in the year. The dates are as follows:

COST OF THE PROGRAM:
One-piece Pizza Lunch $ 102 per semester / $204 per year
Two-piece Pizza Lunch $ 136 per semester/ $272 per year
Three-piece Pizza Lunch $ 204 per semester/ $408 per year

We regret there are no discounts for pizza lunch dates missed due to illness, absence, field trips, etc.  


STEP ONE: COMPLETE THE ONLINE FORM FOUND AT THE END OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS

You MUST fill out a separate form for each child.

You MUST hit the submit button at the end of the form, or the enrollment will not register. You will know your child is registered in the program only when you get a confirmation on the website, and via email. If you do not receive such confirmation, your order did not go through, and your child will not receive pizza. Please repeat process until you achieve conformation. SUBMIT check into box marked "Pizza Lunch" on the window ledge by the front desk in the school lobby


NOTE- Pizza Lunch is run by the 6th grade class, not by the school or the PTO. Do not commingle payment for pizza lunch with payment for any other lunches or school fees.
