Please use this form to request GreatPhillySchools (GPS) resources for families and students. GPS guides are print books that include profiles of Philadelphia District, charter and private schools and information on how to apply.

*If you are a counselor who works in multiple locations and needs guides delivered to each location, please fill out a separate request for each location.

Delivery Instructions & Availability *

Please include specific details on your building's days/hours of operations. Deliveries are generally made any time between 8AM to 4PM on weekdays. If applicable, please indicate any special instructions for the delivery driver. We will do our best to accommodate your request. **NOTE: School deliveries are currently on hold unless your school provides distribution plans & capacity (i.e. mailing to families, distribution in-person, etc.).
