Kathleen Lopez/Sydney Shaw Pre-Order Form
Hello reader!  I have created the following order form for those who would like to pre-order their book(s) ahead of an upcoming event or who cannot attend but would like to order directly from the author.  All paperback pre-ordered books will be signed ahead the event selected for pick up.  If you cannot make an event, you can have an order shipped to you.

Please let me know if you wish your paperback personalized other than an author signature in the form below. For obvious reasons, only paperbacks can be signed/personalized. ;)  Please be sure to complete the form below in its entirety for your order.

I've noted within the form which books can only be purchased here as they will not be available at my table during any event. 

Payment

Payment is expected prior to receipt of your order.  An order in which no payment is received does not guarantee receipt of an order.  Invoices will be sent to the email indicated within the form to complete your order.  Audiobook order links will be emailed to the address provided, and after payment is received.

Due Dates

If you are ordering for an event, please order by any of the dates listed below (if noted) to ensure I have your order ready.  If you missed a cut off date noted below or an upcoming event is no longer listed, please contact me to see if I have additional inventory available to complete the order.
