XGRITE is pleased to introduce its Postdoctoral Program (Postdoc), an intensive and collaborative research opportunity designed for recent Ph.D. graduates eager to deepen their expertise and advance their independent research careers within the dynamic Computer Science, AI Science, or Data Science ecosystem. This program offers a unique environment to hone cutting-edge research skills, expand professional networks, and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in areas such as AI, ML, DL, Computer Vision, IoT, Sensor Technologies, Robotics, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain across multidisciplinary applications. It serves as a vital bridge between doctoral studies and a successful career in academia, industry, or specialized research institutions.

Mandatory Criteria for Joining the XGRITE Postdoctoral Program

To be considered for the XGRITE Postdoctoral Program, applicants must fulfill the following mandatory criteria:

Successfully Completed Ph.D. Degree: Candidates must hold a successfully completed Ph.D. degree with a research focus on the AI and Data Science ecosystem. This includes, but is not limited to, specializations in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Computer Vision, Internet of Things (IoT), Sensor Technologies, Robotics, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain, particularly as applied across multidisciplinary contexts. The Ph.D. must have been awarded within the last five years from the application date.
Internationally Published Work: Applicants must have published at least SIX (6) internationally jounal papers (including Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4 journals) or book chapters. These publications must be with reputable international publishers such as Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, or IGI Global. The submitted work will be rigorously assessed for its scholarly merit, originality, and contribution to the applicant's chosen field within the AI and Data Science ecosystem.
Scopus H-Index Requirement: Applicants must have a minimum Scopus H-Index of 12 to be eligible for admission. This reflects a consistent record of scholarly impact and citations in peer-reviewed research indexed in Scopus.
