Registration for Event :         iDo Bridal Expo presents The East Texas Wedding Extravaganza

                                                  (Early Entry doors open at 1:00 and General Admission at 2:00)

                                                  W.T. Brookshire Conference Center, Tyler, TX 

To simplify and streamline the process, all booth rentals, except the small pub table sized booth space will come with:       

• 8 foot Black back drape with 3 foot Black side drapes 

• 8 foot covered, skirted table 

• Booth ID Sign (for easy location and labeling)

• Trash Can

• 2 chairs

You will walk in & the Conference Center will already be set up. You locate your booth & add your own signage, decorations and personal touch. Each booth is a 10x10 space, except the small pub table sized booth. You are welcome to build fixtures, use your personal backdrop - anything you need to make the space feel like “yours” as long as it happens in front of the pipe & drape already set.

Booth Fees: 

8x8 booth (Pub or 6' Table)  $295  (SOLD OUT)

10x10 booth  $475 (SOLD OUT)

10x10 booth (Corner)  $495  (SOLD OUT)

10x20 booth  $795 (SOLD OUT)

ATTENTION - PLEASE READ:  This show will offer NO OUTSIDE SPACES.  As of April 28th, 2024 ...TRAVEL, BRIDAL PHOTOGRAPHY, PHOTOBOOTHS, WEDDING PLANNERS, and DJ'S CATEGORY are now closed.  These categories have reached their limit for this show.
