Storytime Registration 2025
Hello! Please fill in all the necessary information to sign up for Storytime at the Bluffton Public Library, Bluffton, Ohio.

This registration form is for storytimes on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

- Wednesday: Baby Storytime is for infants to toddlers & Pre-K Storytime is for Pre-Kindergarten (3-5 years old).

- Thursday: Family Storytime (Birth - 5 years old)

Storytime is a time for children to talk, sing, write, read, complete crafts, and play with fellow storytime friends. This is also a great way to socialize and become ready for pre-school and kindergarten.

If there will be siblings in Storytime, please list each child individually.

Pictures during Storytime are only allowed if the child's parents/guardians fill out a "Picture Release Form." The release form will be given during the first Storytime. Do you agree to this? *
