ELIXR Pachyderm 2.1 Account Request

Dear ELIXR Case Story Author,

The CSU will provide access to a Pachyderm account for the purpose of creating Case Stories to become part of the ELIXR collection. If you wish to do this, please fill out the form below and someone will contact you regarding your interest in creating a Case Story discuss access to an account for this purpose.

    Guidelines

    Listed below are guidelines that you must follow while using Pachyderm. You are entirely responsible and liable for all activities conducted with your Pachyderm account. You understand and agree that the CSU Center for Distributed Learning may turn off or delete any account at their discretion for not following these guidelines. All presentations should be for academic purposes only. Pachyderm accounts will be issued for one year and are renewable annually - at the end of the year the account will be turned off; but not deleted. Should you need access for another project we will be able to reactivate the account once we have approve your renewal; Your presentation will not include unlawful, harmful, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material; or point directly or indirectly to objectionable material;

    Content Used for Presentations:

    You are solely responsible for copyright clearance of the photos, text, information, video, and other content that you upload, publish or display in your Pachyderm presentation.

    Failure to Follow Guidelines:

    If you do not follow these guidelines your Pachyderm account may be terminated, and the CSU Center for Distributed Learning may refuse to reinstate your account.
