If you would like to order a signed paperback, please complete the form below.  Once I receive the information, I will send you an invoice via Paypal.

Depending on whether or not I have books in stock, and depending on where you live, the arrival time could be anywhere from a few days, to several weeks after your confirmed payment is received.  

SHIPPING
I offer FREE shipping to locations within the United States. If you live outside of the US, shipping costs are typically $27 (USD) or more, depending on your location and the weight of the package. Your shipping cost will be included in your invoice. If you would like to cancel your order after receiving your invoice, you are free to do so.

If you would prefer an unsigned paperback, please visit your country's Amazon website.
