(One of our missions for The Great Exhibition Road Festival is to achieve greater awareness of our environmental impact and to encourage high standards and sustainability among all our stalls. E.g. compostable plates, only using non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning products, serving Fairtrade (or equivalent) produce, offering no plastic cutlery).

We will look favourably at those that demonstrate best practice in these areas.
