Equus Festival Clinician Form 2020
March 27, 28, 29th 2020 at the Enumclaw Expo Center
The King County Horse 4-H program thanks you for your interest in our Equus Festival event. This event is open to the any 4-H member from any county in Washington state, their families and the public.
Clinics will be Saturday, the 9th and the morning of Sunday the 10th.
We are hoping to have all clinicians signed up by January 1st 2020, so we can set the schedule and get it out to the public and get our members signed up. This is open to all counties of 4-H members.

How many sessions would you be willing to do for the day?
Each classroom session will be about 1 hour long, mounted clinics can be 1 to 2 hours. Those participating will have the opportunity to choose several classroom and mounted clinics. They will bring their own horses.
What is the title of your clinic?
You do not have to come up with this if you don't want to. We will provide one if you choose not to.
What is the description of the clinic you are willing to provide?
What supplies do you need to put on your clinic?
Tables, chairs, a horse, jumps, cones, power and extension cords....... Are examples of what you might need.
Are you willing to donate your time?
4-H is a non profit organization and any donated time is tax deductible. We will provide you with a receipt of hours donated for your records.
Do you plan on handing out any information during your clinic?
Will your clinic be "hands on" for the participants or more of a lecture set up?
Hands on classroom or arena session (members do not bring their horses)

Do you want a table in the "Hall of Vendors"
In a designated location on the grounds we will have an area set up for vendors and clinicians to set up a booth to promote their profession or business. You have an option to leave your table unattended or man it during the lunch segment of the event, or man it periodically throughout the event.
