COVID-19 Notice: Per New York City mandate, proof of COVID-19 vaccination with ID is required for entry into One World Observatory & the 9/11 Tribute Museum. Face coverings are also required for entry into both venues.

Physical tickets must be picked up at the 9/11 Tribute Museum - 92 Greenwich St., New York NY 10006 - Please bring valid photo ID and Memorial ID (if applicable and possible). Complimentary 9/11 Tribute Museum access included.

Complimentary Observatory tickets do not include access to the National September 11th Museum ("9/11 Museum")

Notice: Due to varying hours of operation between the 9/11 Tribute Museum & One World Observatory, please arrange to pick up tickets during the 9/11 Tribute Museum's hours of operation - Tuesday-Sunday from 10am-5pm & 10am-4pm(Sun.)
