Welcome! We're thrilled you're considering joining us for Methodist Summer Fellowship 2026, happening from Sunday, August 2nd to Friday, August 7th ,2026, at The Hayes Conference Centre. We're planning a fantastic week of fellowship, learning and fun, and we'd love for you to be part of it.

Securing Your Place:  
  • If you've already set up a regular payment or intend to do so now: Please complete this booking form so we have your details and know who your regular payments covers. There's no need to pay a further deposit, as your regular payments will cover your place, with the final payment expected in June 2026.   
  • If you are not setting up a regular payment: Please complete the booking form and pay a non-refundable deposit of £100 per person now to secure your place. The full balance for your booking will be required by July 1st, 2026.
