The 5th community meeting will run in Gothenburg Sweden on October 24 at Sahlgrenska Science Park, Medicinaregatan 8 A and October 25 at Biotech Center Arvid Wallengrens Backe 20.
HealthTech Nordic’s Community Meetings offer free workshops and talks to help you grow your business. The Community Meetings are also great opportunities for startup members and friends of the project to make new connections and share experiences.
The community meeting will coincide with HealthTech Nordic's Investor Forum.
Please note: If you're interested in several sessions please make sure that at least two people from your company attend as sessions that you are interested in might run parallel.

CUSTOMER MEET UP
Each customer and startup will present themselves individually and there will be an organized speed dating session as well as a more informal meet and greet. This is a great opportunity to make new connections and have initial talks on potential collaborations. Confirmed customers include Volvo, Primary Care, Västra Götalandsregionen, Pfizer and Takeda Medical.
RECRUITING TOOLS AND GROWTH TEAM 2.0
How you grow the team and the organization successfully is a key success factor when growing a startup (and far too often the final show stopper going international). This is an inspiring workshop covering experiences and tools, with focus on team and organizational matters including conflict management and recruitment. The workshop is relevant to startups in all stages.
MARKET ENTRY STRATEGIES FOR INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION
Associate Professor Mikael Hilmersson from Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law guides you through the research frontier in international business to describe, analyze and evaluate foreign market entry modes and international distribution channels. From research we have a well-developed understanding of the pros and cons of different modes of market entry depending on e.g. product characteristics, entrepreneurial preferences and competitive situation that will be discussed.
LEAP HEALTHTECH NORDIC – BRIEF ON NEW PROGRAM FOR CHOOSING NEXT MARKET(S)

NORDIC-CANADA HEALTH SOLUTIONS INITIATIVE
During this session the Nordic Solutions to Global Challenges Initiative, a joint project by the Prime Ministers of the Nordic countries, will be presented. The initiative is a project to assist Nordic healthcare companies with accelerated entry to the Canadian market. The initiative will offer a full year program prepared for 20 selected healthcare companies, including: two visits to Canada, individual company feedback and advice from Canadian healthcare experts within digital health and aging, educational seminars on billing and reimbursement and visits to local hospitals, long term care, community care or other relevant facilities.
GAMIFICATION: GAMIFY YOUR BUSINESS MODEL - WORKSHOP WITH INSERT COIN

REGULATORY NAVIGATION WORKSHOP FOR COMPANIES IN EARLY STAGES
Workshop on regulatory navigation, including individual coaching from advisors with extensive experience from startups and in HealthTech on challenges for your business. The workshop include the latest information on new EU regulation coming in 2020 on CE certification. This is one of HealthTech Nordic’s main areas of expertise and an urgent workshop for all startups searching for a market. The workshop provides insights that may have positive and serious impact on your current strategy and may require business model iteration. You will win time to market – and save money.
