Student Chromebook Repair Request
Please complete this repair request if you are having issues with your OGR6 Chromebook.  After completing this request, return the device to your building media center teacher to check out a loaner device until yours is repaired.  If you are an OG Virtual student and are having issues, please complete this form and we will contact you when your replacement is ready for pick up.  You will pick the device up at the office of your school.  (If you are using a personal device or one that wasn't issued by our tech department, we will not be able to work on it since it is not a district owned device).
