We invite you to use this form to submit break-out and pre-conference sessions proposals. Breakout sessions are generally held on Saturday, and are between 45 and 75 minutes long. Pre-conference sessions are generally held on Friday between 9am-3pm and are between 3 hours (half day) and 7 hours (full day). *We will determine the exact length of each session after we have received all proposals.*
The deadline for ALL proposals is June 1, 2018.
Selection process: Our conference planning committee will review proposals, and announce selections by July 15, 2018. You will be contacted via email if/when your proposal has been chosen.
