This year’s Community IMPACT Event is more than just a day of service—it’s a movement! With our new HeartQuarters as the centerpiece, we are calling on faith communities, local organizations, and dedicated volunteers to come together to restore, renew, and prepare this space for life-changing ministry.

This event will embody HOAMM’s mission: Uniting, Equipping, and Deploying believers to be the hands and feet of Jesus, working side by side to transform our new headquarters into a thriving hub of hope, healing, and Kingdom impact.

Event Date & Time:

📅 Saturday, May 3, 2025
⏰ 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
📍 HOAMM’s New Headquarters: 1602 E Lamar St., Sherman, TX 75090

Goals of the Event:

✅ Mobilize the community to unite in service, demonstrating the power of collaboration.
✅ Prepare our new facility by cleaning, organizing, painting, repairing, and landscaping.
✅ Foster a culture of Kingdom partnership, inviting churches, businesses, and individuals to invest in HOAMM’s future.
✅ Launch an awareness campaign to inspire ongoing support and volunteerism.

Event Schedule:

8:30 AM – Opening Rally & Prayer

  • Welcome from HOAMM leadership
  • Vision casting: “What This Means for Our Community”
  • Group prayer and commissioning of volunteers

9:00 AM – Work Projects Begin

  • Facility Cleaning & Organizing: Deep clean all areas, arrange furniture and ministry spaces.
  • Painting & Repairs: Refresh walls, fix minor repairs, and create a welcoming environment.
  • Landscaping & Beautification: Trim, plant, and enhance outdoor spaces to create a peaceful, inviting atmosphere.

1:30 PM – Community BBQ & Fellowship

  • A time for volunteers to eat, connect, and hear about HOAMM’s mission impact.

1:30 PM – Final Project Wrap-Up

  • Finishing touches, final walkthrough, and prayer over the new facility.

3:00 PM – Closing Remarks & Celebration

  • Dedication of the space
  • Acknowledgment of volunteers & partners
  • Encouragement for continued community involvement
