Thank you for nominating someone for the “Dollar Club.” Most of us come into contact with people needing love and support all the time. It’s one thing to see a need, it’s another thing to do something about it. Thanks for taking the time to care.

The following nomination form is required for consideration by the Dollar Club. Please complete all questions as indicated below. If nominating a worthy organization, please include a contact name. PLEASE NOTE: Following receipt of your nomination form you will not be contacted again unless additional information is needed. We respectfully ask: please do not contact anyone on our staff regarding the decision-making process or status of your request. If your nominee is selected, rest assured they will be notified.

In general, those whose requests are chosen by the committee will be contacted within few weeks. If your nominee has a time sensitive need please be sure to note that in your request. If you don’t hear back from us within that time period, it is likely that we’ve been led to assist another candidate.

As you can imagine, the number of requests we receive is simply overwhelming. There are so many people in need, which means there are many opportunities for all of us to be the hands and feet of Jesus in someone else’s life.

Please prayerfully consider helping your nominee regardless of the Dollar Club decision. And please join us in praying. Ask God to make His Will clearly known how we can best use Dollar Club funds to bless others. Thanks again for caring
