Welcome to Jubilee Craft Faire ~ Hosted by Inspired Women Business Alliance; a grassroots charitable 501(c)(3) nonprofit for the small business empowerment movement.


IWBA hosts Jubilee Craft Faire; a bridge from your small business to the community. A platform to showcase your wares, services, etc. We welcome an wide array of vendors.

This application IS NOT your guarantee for a spot, it's merely an interest list. Your confirmation will come by email after payment is received. Once you are confirmed this application becomes a contract with set requirements and rules within that you agree to abide by.

3. Absolutely NO PACKING & LEAVING EARLY unless it's an emergency. This is a professional environment and were looking for like minded vendors.

DIRECT SALES PROTOCOL - many multiple DS reps apply for our events from the same companies. To give everyone an equal chance to participate we randomly draw out a vendor with companies that have more than 2 application submissions. For example if we have 2 or more submissions for Scentsy, DoTerra, Lularoe, etc.; each company reps are thrown into a random generator and one is picked. The other reps are placed on a back up list in case there is a cancellation and you may be notified of future events.

Vendor Fees $28 10x10 OUTSIDE non-paved sandy dirt or grass area(lower park). No wifi (Park Overhead Lighting)

No Refunds or roll over for any vendors fees already paid, due to your non attendance, unpredictable weather changes, venue mishaps etc. no exceptions. A tax deduction receipt available upon request.

Inspired Women Business Alliance uses paypal for our invoice (NO CASH)
No paypal acct. required to pay, we accept all major debit / credit cards

Show up on time, in a good mood smiling, and ready for selling opportunities!
Vendor Set Up starts at 2:30pm , no early birds; must be set up by 4:00pm

If you bring your own ezup; it's mandatory that you have attached 10lb minimum weights to each leg of your ezup (you'll be asked to take it down if not weighted properly), also bring your own tables and chairs.


Inspired Women Business Alliance hosts Jubilee Craft Faire to encourage commerce; we provide the venue and all the tools you need, our vendors provide the advertisement.

Successful events; vendors actively take part in providing exposure to the event and the purpose to support small business and local event.

Inspired Women Business Alliance may use Online Event Calendars; PE.com, Craigslist, Eventbbrite, Eventful, and all social media outlets, we regularly pass out flyers and hang posters through local businesses.

Ethics Clause:
Vendors and volunteers are expected maintain the highest ethical and moral standards once you arrive to the venue, before and during the event, and while conducting business. Intent of this policy is that each vendor / volunteer will conduct their business with integrity, kindness, and comply with our vendor / volunteer guidelines. Any actions deemed a conflict of interest to a vendor / volunteer, coordinator, or event venue; negativity, gossiping, etc. will not be tolerated, actions may end with you leaving the event.
Every vendor / volunteer is free to speak to a coordinator on site privately away from other vendors / volunteers if they have an issue that needs to be resolved. Inspired Women Business Alliance strives to provide a positive environment for our vendors / volunteers and importantly our guests. We expect the same courtesy from our vendors and volunteers.

The legal side:
In consideration for receiving permission to participate in the Jubilee Craft Faire event, the Vendor hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue the host / coordinator, Beaumont / Cherry Valley Park and Rec Dept., or the City of Beaumont, CA, its agents, volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Vendor, or any of the property belonging to the Vendor whether caused by the negligence of the Vendor/Releaser, or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or event venue property or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such activity, whether caused by the negligence of Vendor/Releaser or otherwise. I further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host/coordinator, Beaumont / Cherry Valley Park and Rec Dept. and City of Beaumont, CA, its agents, volunteers from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said activity, whether caused by negligence of Vendor/Releaser or otherwise.
I understand that the host/coordinator, Beaumont / Cherry Valley Park and Rec Dept., and The city of Beaumont, CA does not provide any insurance coverage for vendor participants for any circumstances arising from their participation in this event or any activity associated with or facilitating that participation. As such, I am aware that I should review my own insurance portfolio.

I have read, understand, and agree to the contract. I will comply with the above rules and regulations on the day of the event. I agree use paypal invoicing to pay for my nonrefundable vendor fees. I will keep my area free from debris before, during, and after the event. If I do not comply, I understand I will be asked to leave the event immediately. I understand this behavior or action will restrict me from returning to any event hosted by Inspired Women Business Alliance.
