Enrollment is open to any City of Richmond K-5 aged child regardless of disability, race, creed, color, gender, national origin, religion, ancestry, or the need for exceptional education services.

This completed student application must be submitted on or before December 15, 2019, at 4:00 PM to be entered into the lottery.

All siblings must submit separate applications. Twins and multiple births are considered as separate lottery entries.
