Ready to share your incredible film with the world? The Day One Film Challenge is here to amplify your voice and celebrate your creativity!

Formerly known as the Someday Challenge, this opportunity is open to anyone aged 29 and under. With two deadlines each year, you could win exciting prizes and take part in unforgettable experiences.

2026 Deadlines:

• First round: Monday, 16th March (Midday)
• Second round: Monday, 27th July (Midday)

Before submitting, ensure you have permission from everyone involved in your film – both on-screen and behind the scenes. You don’t need to upload the release forms now, but keep them handy as we might ask for them later. You can find templates on our website.

If you’re using music, videos, or stock images, make sure you have the rights and documentation for everything, even if it’s royalty-free. Content from friends or family? They’ll need to fill out a release form too.
