Play Group Sign Ups
Thank you for your interest in our play groups this summer for either our Kindergarten or Wiggle & Giggle group. Please fill out the form below to register your child. You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your registration. Payment will be collected when you attend the first group. If you are registering multiple children please fill out separate forms. It is okay if you are not sure about all the days you can attend group, you are able to continue to register once group starts! If you have any questions please give us a call at (207)-351-3078.
