2026 7 Ranges Entertainment Trunk Or Treat Guidelines

Please follow these guidelines when planning your entry:

·       Only pre-packaged candy or treats approved.  Large crowds expected so please be prepared with plenty of candy.  (Approximately 1,500 attendees)

·       All trunks must be registered with the 7 Ranges Entertainment.  It is recommended that you start setting up at 3:30 PM but no later than 4:45 PM.  The event will begin promptly at 5:30 PM

·       No entries will be allowed driving in after 4:45 PM and will be required to remain till 8:00 PM or allowed to disassemble until Trunk N Treat end has announced.

·       No electricity will be provided

·       A volunteer will direct you where to park for the event.

·       Keep decorations fun and inviting.  No Trunks can be excessively scary or loud.

·       An adult must be with the vehicle at all times during the event for safety reasons.

·       Any photography taken at or during the event of participates and entries will be used under the director of the 7 Ranges Entertainment for purposes of promotion.

·       This is opportunity to advertise your business.  Don’t forget to put up a business signs and have business cards available.

Participation in this event my involve risk of injury.  As a participant, I am aware of these hazards and my ability to participate.  In consideration for participation in the event listed above, I hereby for myself, and organization waive and release any and all claims of damage against the 7 Ranges Entertainment, the Fort Steuben Mall, and the volunteers, for any and all kinds of injury, including but not limited to personal injury and / or property damage suffered by our organization while participating in this event.
