YWCA Cambridge Youth Leadership Programs

Overview: Free weekly after-school programs for youth ages 11-18, focusing on leadership skills and conversations around friendship, identity, self-love, activism, and more!

We still have open spots! Youth are welcome to join anytime.

Girls Only Leadership Development (GOLD) Program:

Meets on Wednesday afternoons!

Location: Central Square near Cambridge City Hall. Once you sign up, we will share the exact location. We will also go on a few field trips around Cambridge!

During GOLD we talk about intersectional feminism, activism, gender, mental health, social media, Black Lives Matter, journaling, social media, and much more. Youth participants plan and lead our weekly activities. We will also go on different field trips around Cambridge. Most of all, we are excited to start finding fun ways to get to know each other. We also play weekly games and activities to build connections.

Incentives: $100 stipend or community service hours
