Strike Support Shifts
Encore workers are on strike as of Friday September 4 at 7am!!!

We will be needing a lot of volunteers to help people open their unemployment claims during the first week of the strike starting on Sunday. It is important to do the claims correctly because a mistake could lead to a disqualification which can take months to resolve. 

Helping strikers open their claims is a concrete way that volunteers can support the strikers. 

The strike support office will be open 9am-7pm Sunday 9/6 to Friday 9/11 and 3-11pm Saturday 9/12. It is located at 167 Bow St Unit 104, Everett. There is no parking available but you can park at an orange line station, get off at Sullivan Square, and take the bus.

It would be very helpful to bring a computer with you for the shifts that you attend.
