We get the best results using font characters/symbols or simple vector graphics (i.e. *.cdr, *.ai, *.eps, *.svg, *.dxf and some *.pdf files). High resolution bitmaps (e.g. *.bmp, *.png, *.jpg) may also work but have some restrictions.

Once we have received your submission we will send an acknowledgement by email and let you know if we need any other information. The next steps are:
  1. We will confirm the cost
  2. You deliver the item to our showroom at Unit 4, 1 Halls Place, Middleton (off Birmingham Drive)
  3. We provide a proof for you to check and approve
  4. On receipt of the approval we will complete the engraving (typically within 2/3 working days)
  5. We contact you to advise the item is ready to be picked up and email a copy of the invoice
  6. Payment can be made by EFTPOS at our counter or by direct payment to the bank account details on the invoice
