Each team will submit single application. Team size must be 3-5 team members. If you have smaller team, please submit your "Want to join a team" application http://bit.ly/oFUqza. Evaluation of the "Want to join a team" application will be done by the accepted teams after they get ACCEPTED notice.
Please note that there is no way to save a draft. You have to fill and submit the form. If you would like to to send update to your application you must provide same team nickname so that we will be able to see newer version.
