Clergy applicants are asked to indicate the anticipated support they will receive to participate in the ongoing formation program - from their Diocese, Parish, Remuneration System, Development Fund or any other source.

Applicants will also be asked to describe the Proposed Activity, the Objectives of the Program, the Budget, Location and the Amount they are applying for.

The Executive requests a maximum 1 page written report at the conclusion of the activity, in order to keep a record of activities for Manly Union members, and to possibly provide information to members about the experiences of sabbatical programmes.
