Tell Us About Your Idea
ATDCFL is holding its W.I.L.D. Conference on July 21, 2017. We are currently calling for presentations that fall within one of the following areas of expertise (AOE):

* Training Delivery

* Learning Technologies

* Talent Development

When writing your session title and description, please be clear and concise, including how your presentation supports the AOE.

Sessions should be 60-75 minutes in length, including Q&A. Each session must reflect facilitation skills that model the profession at the highest level, challenge the status quo, and tie to one of the aforementioned areas of expertise. Providing opportunities for participant interaction and engagement is required. Proposals that appear to be strictly presentations, lectures or sales pitches will not be selected. Your proposal should clearly describe how you plan to create a high level of participant interaction. As a rule of thumb, consider that facilitator-to-learner interaction (i.e. presentation/slides) should not exceed 50% of session time, while 50% or more session time should be allotted for learner-to-learner or learner-to-facilitator interaction. We strongly encourage you to submit a short video clip of a previous offering of your session in action and/or overview describing why participants should attend your session. Submissions including a shareable video (YouTube, Vimeo, etc…) will be given first consideration.

Call for Presentations will close on May 15, 2017. Programs will be selected no later than May 31, 2017.

We look forward to hearing from you.
