HHMS Engineering Shop & Classroom Pre-Meeting Screening
EFFECTIVE: June 5, 2020
This pre-meeting screening was developed in response to current TPSS mandates and recommendations to allow us access to the HHMS Engineering Shop and classrooms during Phase II of our state's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Throughout the duration of these mandates, ANY PERSON wishing to enter the HHMS Engineering Shop and classrooms are REQUIRED TO DO the following:
1. Complete the pre-meeting screening form.
2. Register a temperature of > 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit on the day of expected entry.
(Temperatures will be taken prior to shop entry using a touch-less thermometer.)
3. Wear a mask that covers one's nose and mouth.
(Masks must be worn inside whenever a person is within close proximity to another.)
For planning purposes, we ask that this form be filled out in advance of planned team meetings. This will allow Mrs. Williams the opportunity to ensure we have enough staff and space to accommodate everyone. In our current Phase II guidelines, we are limited to 25 people per room and must have the ability to social distance at 6-feet apart, as necessary.
