Monitoring & Outcomes For Funding (Grant) Applications

To successfully secure grant funding you might need to present why your project is needed, the evidence of need, and the change or difference (the outcomes) your project is going to make. If you are then successful, grant applicants will have to comply with the funders monitoring and evaluation procedures.

This workshop will cover how to present:
- need and evidence for a project;
- the change or difference (the outcomes) your project is going to make;
- the outcomes for monitoring reports.

This will be an interactive learning experience, where discussions and exercises will be used to bring good practices to life. Attendees will learn the key principles in a practical step-by-step walkthrough.
