Hemenway PTO Spring Fair 2019
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM
Sunday May 19th from 11 am - 3 pm. This registration form is for vendor selection for this fair. Vendor setup begins at 9am. Setup should be complete by 10:45 am. Space is 6x8 in the Hemenway Cafeteria. All vendors must provide their own table and chairs.

Exhibitor fee: $25 (payable to Hemenway PTO) and Raffle Item(s) valued at $25-30
One representative per direct sales company will be selected to exhibit.
