GW University Integrity Conduct Council (UICC) Student, Faculty and Staff Interest/Nomination Form
Hello!  Please fill out this form indicating your interest in participating in the UICC.  You may also use this form to nominate a student, faculty member, or staff member who you think we should invite to be a panelist for the 2025 - 2026 academic year.

Please be aware that at this time, adjunct faculty are not eligible to serve on Academic Integrity Panels.

The Code(s) of Academic Integrity and Student Conduct apply to students enrolled in all colleges and schools within the University, except the following:
  1. The Law School (The Code of Student Conduct does apply; the Law School has a separate Code of Academic Integrity)
  2. The Medical Doctor (M.D) Program in the School of Medicine and Health Sciences
  3. Students admitted to the University through any Pre-College Programs for the duration of their enrollment in that Pre-College Program
