Hillel Fresh is a free Shabbat dinner kit program provided by UVM Hillel in order to create a warm and welcoming environment in which an interfaith community of UVM students can gather and connect with one another through food.

This semester, Hillel Fresh will be operating as a bi-weekly meal kit program for undergraduate UVM students living together. This reimagined Hillel Fresh program will follow all State of Vermont and UVM COVID-19 guidelines while teaching a new generation of young adults how to cook local, sustainable, and healthy meals.

This week's recipe will be Shakshuka and an Israeli Salad! Shakshuka is a vegetarian dish, please indicate if you'd like to substitute chickpeas for eggs to make this meal vegan!
