Scholarship Guidelines
The scholarship is sponsored by the Jordan M. Byrd Chapter 20 of the Disabled American Veterans. The scholarship is available to the children and grandchildren of American Military Veterans.

SCHOLARSHIP DEADLINE: March 8, 2019

CRITERIA:
Complete and submit the application
Applicants must be a child or a grandchild of an American Military Veteran
Must be a senior, or junior graduating early, from Blue Peak High School, Dugway High School, Grantsville High School, Stansbury High School, or Tooele High School.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher during the graduating year (certified transcript required).
Essay, not to exceed 800 words following the prompt provided.
List of leadership involvement
List of community and school service projects
Letter of recommendation
Dependent children of members of the Tooele Education Foundation Board of Directors and judging team members are not eligible for the scholarship.

SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT: $500.00
