2015 CPS Congress Brussels Airline Ticket Online Raffle

Online bids will be closed on 07/31/2015. Offline bidding will continue throughout the CPS Congress on August 1 2015, at Rice University. The highest bidder (online and offline) will be notified on August 1 at 6PM Central and given 2 hours to pay for the ticket. The confirmation of payment must be received by the end of the second hour, 8PM Central, or the ticket will be awarded to the prior bidder on the list. If for any reason the announced winner cannot be reached with the phone and email address provided,the ticket will be awarded to the prior bidder on the list.

By agreeing to participate, you grant the CPS the right to collect some personal information. This information will be used only by the CPS and Brussels Airlines. We will also continually publish the first letter of the First and Last names of the highest bid online.

Note:
This is a confirmed Economy class round-trip ticket from New York/JFK or Washington/IAD via Brussels to any Brussels Airlines gateway to Africa. The flight from Washington is seasonal and will suspend service in October 2015.

-Ticket is valid for transportation on Brussels operated flights only
-Ticket is valid for transportation and travel must be completed before Aug 01, 2016 depending on availability
-Ticket is valid 3 months from the date of issue (no extensions or exceptions possible)
-Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking, and can only be made within 90 days but not less than 3 weeks before your planned departure
-This ticket is non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part, for any destination. Ticket issued has no cash value are non transferable, non-refundable, nonendorsable, and are only eligible for travel on Brussels airlines operated flights.
-The prize winner will be responsible for all expenses not specifically stated as part of the Prize, including, but not limited to, any applicable taxes and government fees or surcharges, airport charges, local transportation including air or ground transportation from winner's home to a Brussels Airlines US gateway airport, overnight accommodations, incidentals and any items of a personal nature.
-Ticket may not be used in conjunction with any other special promotion, nor are they eligible for mileage credit in any program in which Brussels Airlines participates. Upgrades are not permitted.
-The passenger is responsible for obtaining the necessary passport and/or visas, as well as any other requirements needed for the destination and transfer points.
-Brussels Airlines conditions of carriage shall apply
