Thanksgiving Dinner Bag Commitment Form - Helping Loudoun Families
THANK YOU for helping Loudoun Hunger Relief (formerly Loudoun Interfaith Relief) offer Thanksgiving dinners to Loudoun families in need! Please complete the form below and let us know how many dinner bags you and/or your organization are committed to.
What do we need?
Each bag must contain: stuffing mix, canned vegetables (at least four cans), boxed potatoes, gravy (no glass, please!), cornbread or biscuit mix, cranberry sauce & a dessert mix or item (nothing perishable, please!).
We would also appreciate $10-$20 grocery store gift cards to accompany each bag that goes toward the purchase of a turkey or other holiday item. Please keep the gift cards separate from the bags.
Please consider packing the Thanksgiving meal in a reusable grocery bag. The plastic bags tend to break.
ALL BAGS MUST BE DELIVERED TO LHR NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 15th!
LHR is located at 750 Miller Dr, Suite A1 Leesburg, VA 20175. Please follow the signs for donations and proceed around to the back door by the garage door. A staff person or volunteer will be happy to help you! LHR is open Monday - Friday from 9AM - 3PM, and Saturdays from 9A - 12P.
