Contemplative Retreat
Awaken your senses and deepen self-awareness through contemplative practices. Our restorative sessions will explore breath work, centering prayer, poetry, and prayer labyrinths. There will be an inward-outward rhythm throughout the day, with opportunities to connect to both self and others.
