BEFORE July 13: scout out and collect shade tents to borrow for the day, ensure they have stakes and keep track of what belongs to whom.

BEFORE July 13: street team - take fliers to other contests and festivals

BEFORE July 13: solicit donations of rooms and dollars

July 13: EARLY (before 9 AM): set up sponsor tents and jam tents with sponsor banners

July 13: 9 - 12 - tshirt sales, jam host water and snack delivery, band assistance

July 13: 12-3 - tshirt sales, jam host water and snack delivery, band assistance

July 13: 3-6 - tshirt sales, jam host water and snack delivery, band assistance

July 13: 6 PM - tear down part 1: take down all jam tents and return to backstage opera house

July 13: 10 PM - tear down part 2: help us close up
