Recognizing the need for graduate student involvement in enhancing diversity and inclusion, EDGE is a student-run collective that promotes equity. We strive to foster community for graduate students across all intersecting identities by welcoming all races, sexes, gender identities, gender expressions, religions, ethnic backgrounds, socio-economic classes, sexual orientations, abilities, and residency statuses. We also value brave ally support.  The purpose of EDGE is to provide a forum for graduate students from diverse backgrounds to network and offer support. EDGE will advocate for policies and programs that advance the mission of  increasing diversity at Loyola University Chicago.
