We are thrilled to have your child take part in our educational programs at Central Synagogue - Beth Emeth.

Program Descriptions and 2024-2025 Scheduling:
K-7 : Sundays from 9:30 AM – 12 Noon
3-5  15 Minute Hebrew Tutorials on Zoom Wednesdays from 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM 
6-7 15 Minute Tutorials on Zoom on Wednesdays. In-person class with Rabbi Michael on the first Wednesday of each month, beginning in November. 

Please note, that in response to feedback, we are making some changes to our format on Wednesdays. We will continue to offer remote 15 minute individual and paired Hebrew tutorials, for grades 3-7. For this year, 3-5 grade will have these lessons every Wednesday. Our 6-7 grade class will have Zoom tutorials for three weeks, each month. They will meet in-person with Rabbi Michael on the first Wednesday of each month, beginning in November. This class will focus on decoding, familiarity, and understanding of our Shabbat liturgy.  This will enhance the individual student’s familiarity and comfort with the Hebrew language, in general, and individual prayers, in particular.  

Please do not schedule other activities for your children on Wednesday afternoons between 4:30-6:00 PM. Teachers are contractually scheduled to work during these hours and cannot adjust to accommodate other activities. Thank you for your cooperation.

Hebrew High School meets for 3, three-week mini sessions throughout the school year. The schedule is determined by student availability. Students work with compensation, as teaching assistants in the Jewish Experience program on Sundays. 

Jewish Experience Book, Materials and Special Events Fee Information 2024-2025. 
There is no fee for Hebrew High School

CSBE Members: $360 for the first child, $540 for 2 students, $720 for 3 students, $900 for 4 students 
Credit Card Pricing: $ 370.80,   $556.20  $741.60 $927.00                                      

Non members: $540 first child, $720 second child
Credit Card Pricing: $556.20 first child, $741.60 second child
School fees may be paid in two installments, with the first payment due on the first day of classes and the final payment due no later that December 31, 2024.

CSBE MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED ONCE THE OLDEST CHILD IN THE FAMILY BEGINS THIRD GRADE 
All checks should be made payable to Central Synagogue - Beth Emeth and mailed to 430 DeMott Avenue, Rockville Centre. Online payment is also available, please contact age Synagogue office at 516-766-4300.
