Describe your history with mindfulness and meditation practice. How long have you been practicing? Where have you studied or practiced? What retreats have you attended, where and when? Do you have one or more teachers with whom you study regularly, if so, from what lineage or affiliation? *
Explain how you meet the prerequisites of this program (A regular mindfulness meditation practice of three years or more, Attendance in an introductory mindfulness course, or equivalent, Completion of at least one five day-long, residential silent meditation retreat with an approved meditation retreat organization or teacher). If you do not meet the prerequisites at this time, you may request more time or alternative credit. *
If you have not completed at least one five day-long retreat, would you be interested in IDP hosting such a retreat in May? If we have enough participants we will consider offering this retreat. *

This is an intense 200 hour IMTA Certified program. How do you plan to meet the time commitment, including homework, practice teaching, study groups, and training weekends? *

Would you like to be considered for a Work-Study scholarship, which offers discounted tuition in exchange for helping with the program? There are two such positions available.
Would you be interested in applying for the 2022 Ash Faith Scholarship? This is a need-based scholarship, open to anyone who identifies as disabled and/or a  LGBTQIA from a lower income bracket.
