New club shirt order September 24
Order window 24th September  - 30th September at 4pm this may be extended if we don’t have 5 tops ordered by this point as min order is 5 for the club

Please use the below form to order your club shirt please note they are the same sizing as our previous shirts I have also included a size chart. If your new and not sure please ask at any of our club sessions other members I’m sure will be happy to let you try on shirts for size if you need help please message and always allow for the top to go over body protection.

Please also note you can chose to have name on the back of the shirt this will only be available in white. This is your responsibility to check spellings when you submit this form. All will be printed in uppercase
