The convention takes place on June 5-7, 2026 at the Medina County Community Center, 735 Lafayette Rd. and Williams on the Lake, 787 Lafayette Rd in Medina, Ohio. There will be shuttles going between the two locations as well as the Black Cat Books & Oddities houses.

Hours:

Friday, June 5:  4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. - Exclusive cocktail hour (limited volunteers needed)

Saturday, June 6: 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. - Day 1 of the full Con 

Sunday, June 7: 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Day 2 of the full Con (Tear down 5-7 p.m.)

In exchange for volunteering for the Book Con, you'll get general admission to the convention, and a free Big Ohio Book Con t-shirt. If you want to guarantee yourself a spot at the cocktail hour or a certain panel, please purchase those tickets at bigohiobookcon.com. 

You must be available all days; however, we will only schedule you on one day or two half days so that you can enjoy the Book Con on your off time!
